Sustainable Success
Ongoing monthly support to help you show up powerfully in your next career chapter
You’ve sparked change. Now let’s make it sustainable.
Career Spark Engine gave you clarity, confidence, and momentum.
Now you’re working toward a long-term goal or stepping into your next chapter. And you want to stay intentional, motivated, and not slip back into old patterns.
Sustainable Success is where you keep making work work for you.
Because your spark—whether it’s a job, business, or new working model—isn’t meant to be a flash in the pan. It’s a light that fuels you and shines bright for years to come.
“Thanks to Grace’s support and guidance, I was able to land a job that I genuinely enjoy, where I feel fulfilled and motivated every day.”
—Leader at IBM
What this program is built to support
Longer-term professional goals
Career pivots, business building, leadership transitions, or anything with a multi-month, quarter, or even year arc
Continued exploration
Sometimes Career Spark Engine clears the fog or gets you out of the fire, and then we finally have the time and energy to look ahead
Staying aligned
You’ve landed the job, launched the thing, or made the leap. And now you want to show up passionately and powerfully, without losing yourself.
From layoff to dream job:
“I am so glad I decided to listen to my inner voice and reach out to Grace! Her help and support really gave me the lift I needed. Her advice was always spot on and left me feeling empowered as I went into each interview.”
—Creative Director at Fortune 500 company
How it works
This is your steady, sustainable rhythm:
Two 45-minute 1:1 sessions per month, booked whenever works for you.
Just enough structure to keep you going and growing—without the weekly cadence of Career Spark Engine. You still have access to me between sessions as well.
We will:
Maintain clarity as your context shifts
Keep momentum alive through real-world ups and downs
Strengthen the systems and habits that keep you healthy and happy
When you’re ready to move on and continue designing your career solo, I’ll send you a survey with questions to help us reflect, celebrate, and set you up for continued momentum.
“Working with Grace has been a game-changer!
I came to her feeling stuck in my current role. Through our work together, I was able to shift from feeling trapped in my day-to-day to actively seeking new opportunities within my company.”
—Design Program Manager at Meta

Consistency drives momentum and results. On rare occasions, I do high-impact, one-off sessions when I know we can achieve a clear, actionable outcome (think interview prep or negotiation strategy).
