We’ll build on the foundation we established and simply reduce the amount of sessions from weekly to two 45-minute 1:1 sessions per month. You may schedule these at any time.
When you’re ready to move on and continue designing your career solo, I’ll send you a survey with questions to help us reflect, celebrate, and set you up for continued momentum.

Yes, in rare cases, when your spark is clear and feasible (not just exciting). Results are strongest if we already have a rapport. Most people benefit from at least a month of Career Spark Engine first.
