Hi! I’m Grace.
I’m so glad you’re here.
This coaching practice is my career that I designed. And yes, I love it.
I’m a passionate powerhouse too. Game recognize game.
I’m a fast-walking, high-intensity NYC native who A+ and gold starred her way through Gifted and Talented programs, honors societies, and the Ivy League. I’m the most Type A gal on the beach in LA, my current home.
I started my first real job the day after graduating college, managing extracurricular programming for 9K students at an education nonprofit, then delivered digital experiences for companies like Morgan Stanley, General Electric, and Verizon at an agency, and finally built out the Technical Program Management function at Squarespace. I flew up the ranks and payscale as fast as my brain could take me until…
I burned out spectacularly. And in hindsight, it was one of the best things that happened to me.
Because passionate powerhouses need good fuel to do their thang. I was running on bad fuel. My deep-seated terror of not having enough money, coupled with a need to be universally beloved and respected shot my professional arrow deep into the belly of a tech company during COVID, where my success hinged on me deeply understanding and optimizing “the product development lifecycle.” I couldn’t care less.
So I started sourcing good fuel. I supported career pivoters during my lunch breaks. I began writing and performing music again. I joined a local homeless outreach volunteer program. I started to entertain the idea that this could actually be my life. And when that vision was met with abject horror about money and my capability to do something so audacious, I challenged it with evidence. And I haven’t stopped.
Today, I’m proud to say I’ve been career coaching full-time for years.
I make more than enough money and invest for the future. The non-work parts of me like my relationships, music, and time in nature get plenty of time and energy. And I get to spend my workdays with passionate powerhouses who are reconnecting to what lights them up too. How lucky am I?
I graduated with an honors Psychology degree from Cornell University, and did my thesis at The Lab of Neurobiology of Learning & Memory. This gave me a great foundation for how we think, feel, and behave, down to what’s happening in our brains.
I trained as a Leadership & Performance Coach at Brown University’s School of Professional Studies. I chose this program specifically for its focus on navigating the modern workplace, where most of us spend a third of our lives.
I'm also accredited by the International Coaching Federation, which requires logged hours, mentor supervision, and recorded sessions submitted for approval. You deserve someone who professionally hones their coaching craft. Not a hobbyist.
I also bring my special sauce to the table (and love helping you define yours):
I'm a musician from a family of artists. I bring an innate sense of creativity and play to our process, helping you explore perspectives and paths that our linear, analytical brains tend to ignore.
When I was four I always wanted to do “something action-y” (dancing, running, jumping). To this day, movement is my preferred state, and I'll encourage you to get out of your head and into your body too.
I'm a certified silly goose. Yes, our work is serious—but levity helps us move through it. My grandpa is a Holocaust survivor, so I like to think my lineage is particularly skilled at finding light in the dark.
But at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is your results.
You can read testimonials from 130+ passionate powerhouses here.
There are dream jobs, business launches, intentional pivots, and people who have decided to stay sustainably and lean into other areas of life. But the most important thing is that everyone walks away with a deeper understanding of themselves, and how to navigate their careers with agency—no matter what’s going on with AI, politics, or the economy.
You deserve a coach who hasn’t just lived it, but knows how to help you live it too
