Career Spark Engine

3-month deep dive program to ignite clarity, confidence, and momentum in your career

Your spark makes the world go ‘round

You’re a passionate powerhouse. That means you give a sh*t and get sh*t done. When you’re thriving, you lead with heart and drive results that matter.

But sometimes, the very thing that makes you a mission-driven, high-achiever can also burn you out or steer you off course.

This program helps you reconnect to your spark. So you can re-focus your precious time and energy on what’s purposeful, not just productive.

If you’re here, you know something about your career needs to change

Maybe…

  • Your signature passionate powerhouse energy is zapped

  • You don’t feel equipped for today’s labor market, political landscape, or AI disruption

  • Your priorities shifted (family, health, projects) but work is still getting most of you

  • You’ve been dreaming of doing something else, but practical concerns get in the way

  • You realized you never intentionally chose your career—it kind of happened to you

This isn’t a passing thought or journal entry. This is regularly running through your mind, discussed at the dinner table, and analyzed with your chatbot of choice. But no matter how many times or ways you look at it, the status quo keeps winning and you stay stuck. And the current climate isn’t exactly making it easier.

You’re ready to make an intentional change. You just need to get clear on what and how.

That’s where our partnership begins.

What will your career you love look and feel like?

You’ll enjoy and feel proud of your work

Passionate powerhouses don’t just want to clock in and out. You like leveraging and building on skills, connecting with inspiring people, and making a real difference. We’ll learn what lights you up and design as much of that into your job as possible.

You’ll have a healthy relationship with work

Goodbye perfectionism, people pleasing, and imposter syndrome. You’ll learn to manage the patterns that hold you back so that you can actually thrive in your next chapter—whether you land your dream job, start that business, or shift your role.

Your work will support the rest of your life

Believe it or not, I’m team “work to live.” That means you’ll make enough money, take breaks when you need to, spend time with loved ones, and nurture interests outside of work. Your health and happiness complements (not detracts from) work.

Most importantly, you’ll have greater agency over your career and the life it supports. Not just in this moment, but far into the future as you and the world evolve.

What the Career Spark Engine delivers

In 3 months, you’ll move from stuck to moving forward intentionally. You’ll get:

  • Career direction that’s both fulfilling and feasible

  • Custom strategy to land, pivot, or launch your next chapter

  • Artifacts that open the right doors (LinkedIn, resume, portfolio, etc.)

  • Agency to make career decisions without second-guessing

  • Systems and habits to sustain your progress and energy

Passionate powerhouses leave with clarity, confidence, and momentum. Not just ideas.

How it works

This isn’t endless navel-gazing, nor breakneck action without reflection. It’s expert coaching and my signature framework—grounded in psychology, creative problem-solving, and real-world execution.

Over 12 sessions, we move you from uncertainty to clear, confident action:

  • Pinpoint the real question you need to answer—often, “should I stay or should I go?”

  • Map and assess answers that are both fulfilling and feasible in today’s market

  • Test paths through small experiments, networking, or research

  • Refine your strategy and story until aligned opportunities emerge

  • Lock in decisions and transitions, and build systems for lasting progress

Why work with me?

I’m the career coach for passionate powerhouses.

I’ve helped 130+ heart-driven high-achievers cut the cycle of perfectionism and burnout, reconnect to what lights them up, and take aligned risk-smart actions to design careers they love.

With 10+ years of corporate leadership experience spanning nonprofit to tech—and my own values-aligned career pivots, including building this coaching business—I know what it takes to make work work for you.

I hold a Cornell psych honors degree, Brown coaching certification, and International Coaching Federation credential. I blend research-backed inner work with real-world execution—and a healthy dose of creative play—so action feels energizing, not intimidating.

We’re not a fit if you…

  • Want a quick-fix or someone to do it for you

  • Don’t believe that the inner game runs the outer game

  • Place blame instead of getting curious and taking responsibility

  • Think “silly” things like creativity and play don’t belong in work

  • Aren’t motivated to help others and make an impact

But if you want to do incredible goal- and soul-oriented work, we’ll be a great fit.

FAQs

  • I provide guides, templates, and examples so you can create the artifacts needed to achieve your goal. I will give you detailed feedback, and occasionally draft sections on your behalf, as needed.

  • Connecting my clients with my friends, family, and colleagues is one of the joys of this work.

I’m a people person who’s worked in tech, agency, nonprofit, business, and the arts, so the odds are high that I know someone who can help you.

I also cherish my network, so we work together to ensure our reach-outs are targeted, intentional, and mutually beneficial whenever possible.

  • I don’t specialize in industries. I specialize in people—specifically, passionate powerhouses. Folks who care deeply, work hard, get results, and are ready to be intentional about what comes next.

The framework I use focuses on how you think, decide, and take action (not the jargon of any one field). That’s why it works across industries. I’ve supported software engineers, architects, lawyers, artists, founders, healthcare professionals, educators, and more. I’ve yet to meet a passionate powerhouse in any role or industry who didn’t benefit from this process.

  • On rare occasions, I provide one-off, high-impact sessions when I’m confident we can achieve a clear, actionable outcome together (think interview prep or negotiation strategy).

That said: reconnecting to your spark, getting out of your own way, and making real-world moves toward a career you love takes time. We owe it to each other to commit to a process that actually gets results, and I’ve found that 3 months is the sweet spot.

  • We’re going do to our damn best!

Things like the job market and economy are not in our control. But so much is in our control. That’s where we focus.

I bring structure, strategy, and unwavering support to your progress and results. You take ownership of your actions, decisions, and follow-through. As with most things in life, the more you put in, the more you get out.

  • We celebrate! Often, clients use the remaining sessions to lock in their progress and set themselves up for sustainable success in the next chapter.

  • I joke with clients that I don’t vanish into a cloud of smoke when our work wraps. Truly, I’m part of your network long after the program ends.

I also created the Sustainable Success program to help you to stay intentional, motivated, and not slip back into old patterns in your next chapter. Learn more at the “Work With Me” tab at the top of the website.

Two weeks before we finish, we reflect, celebrate, and set you up for continued momentum—whether that includes more coaching or moving forward on your own.

  • People often call our work “job therapy,” and I accept this. We look at your feelings (yes, it’s okay to cry in session), thoughts (no, you’re not crazy), and behaviors (yep, we’re all weirdos in our own way) and figure out how to make them work for you. That’s psychology.

Therapy, however, is a different modality. It helps you get to the root of these things, often revisiting childhood or processing trauma, and can include diagnosing and treating mental health challenges. I am not authorized to do that.

Many of my clients are in therapy alongside coaching.

  • No—but we do talk about money.

We’ll get clear on your salary floor, target range, and safety net, because your financial reality directly shapes the career decisions available to you. I provide tools and guides to help you define these numbers, and I coach you through key money moments like salary negotiations and pricing your work.

I don’t provide financial advice on investments, taxes, or retirement strategy. Many clients choose to partner with a financial advisor alongside our work.

  • After you take the first step (click the link at the top of the website), I’ll provide a link to schedule an Exploration Chat if I think we may be a good fit. During this chat, we’ll dig deeper into what you want, what’s getting in the way, and what will actually help you move forward.

By the end, I’ll have what I need to recommend the program or resource that fits you best, including pricing. This work genuinely changes lives and the investment reflects that.
