We need your spark

You’re a passionate powerhouse. That means you give a sh*t and get sh*t done. When you’re thriving, you lead with heart and drive results that matter.

But left unchecked, the very thing that makes you a mission-driven, high-achiever can also burn you out or steer you off course.

This program helps you reconnect to your spark. So you can focus your precious time and energy on what’s purposeful, not just productive.

Ignite your engine

Design a career you love

“The best investment I’ve made for my career.”

—Daniel Perez-Gomez, Engineer & Educator

The challenge with being a passionate powerhouse

High-achievers often get stuck because we crave “perfect” answers.

We know intellectually that perfection doesn’t exist, but the illusion of it blocks us from doing exactly what we need to move forward.

The choices feel high-stakes: work is an important part of our identity, financial and caretaking responsibilities are growing, and factors like the job market and AI are shifting.

But agency is within your grasp. You just need to learn how to wield it.

Take the first step

“Before working with Grace, my job felt like a drag.

Full of politicking and people management instead of interesting, challenging work. Through our coaching, I’ve gained real confidence in my options. Grace was a great accountability partner, helping me stay on top of the work I tended to avoid and gently steering me back to what really matters.”

—Business Development Exec in Tech

We’re not a fit if you…

Want a quick-fix or someone to do it for you

Don’t believe that the inner game runs the outer game

“I’ve been able to unapologetically define what my values are.

My goal isn’t just to land a dream job, but to build a dream life. I’ve been able to prioritize what’s most important to me and to create a framework for my career that honors that.”

FAQs

  • I provide guides, templates, and examples so you can create the deliverables needed to achieve your goal. I will give you detailed feedback, and occasionally draft sections on your behalf, as needed.

  • Connecting my clients with my friends, family, and colleagues is one of the joys of this work.

I’m a people person who’s worked in tech, agency, nonprofit, business, and the arts, so the odds are high that I know someone who can help you.

I also cherish my network, so we work together to ensure our reach-outs are targeted, intentional, and mutually beneficial whenever possible.

  • On rare occasions, I provide one-off, high-impact sessions when I’m confident we can achieve a clear, actionable outcome together (think interview prep or negotiation strategy).

That said: reconnecting to your spark, getting out of your own way, and making real-world moves toward a career you love takes time. We owe it to each other to commit to a process that actually gets results, and I’ve found that 3 months is the sweet spot.

  • We’re going do to our damn best!

Things like the job market and economy are not in our control. But so much is in our control. That’s where we focus.

I bring structure, strategy, and unwavering support to your progress and results. You take ownership of your actions, decisions, and follow-through. As with most things in life, the more you put in, the more you get out.

  • We celebrate! Often, clients use the remaining sessions to lock in their progress and set themselves up for sustainable success in the next chapter.

  • I joke with clients that I don’t vanish into a cloud of smoke when our work wraps. Truly, I’m part of your network long after the program ends.

I also created the Sustainable Success program to help you to stay intentional, motivated, and not slip back into old patterns in your next chapter. Learn more at the “Work With Me” tab at the top of the website.

Two weeks before we finish, we reflect, celebrate, and set you up for continued momentum—whether that includes more coaching or moving forward on your own.

  • People often call our work “job therapy,” and I accept this. We look at your feelings (yes, it’s okay to cry in session), thoughts (no, you’re not crazy), and behaviors (yep, we’re all weirdos in our own way) and figure out how to make them work for you. That’s psychology.

Therapy, however, is a different modality. It helps you get to the root of these things, often revisiting childhood or processing trauma, and can include diagnosing and treating mental health challenges. I am not authorized to do that.

Many of my clients are in therapy alongside coaching.

  • After you take the first step (click the link at the top of the website), I’ll provide a link to schedule an Exploration Chat if I think we may be a good fit. During this chat, we’ll dig deeper into what you want, what’s getting in the way, and what will actually help you move forward.

By the end, I’ll have what I need to recommend the program or resource that fits you best, including pricing. This work genuinely changes lives and the investment reflects that.

Grace was an invaluable guide during a major transition in my career.”
